If you have requested a GHG Rating or energy saving equipment verification, you can monitor the status of your request within the RightShip platform, however you will also be notified of any changes in status by email.

1. From the “Tasks” page, you can see existing GHG verification requests in the list, or you can search for a specific request using a vessel’s name, IMO number or request ID. 

2. On this page, you can see the progress of each verification request by looking at the “Status” column at the far right of the page.

3. Click on a vessel’s name to access more details about the request. 

4. You can visit the overview page periodically to track the status of your request. However you will also be notified by email of any status change. Request statuses are as follows:

If marked “New GHG”, the request has been received but is awaiting review.

If marked “In Progress”, the request is currently under review.

If marked “Awaiting Response”, the request is in progress and is awaiting additional information from the requester.

If marked “Acceptable”, the information provided in the request meets the GHG verification criteria.

If marked “Unacceptable”, the information provided in the request does not meet the GHG verification criteria.

If marked “Cancelled”, the request is not valid or is not required.
