1. Navigate to the vessel in question, and click on either the vessel's 'activities' tab or the vessel's 'details' tab. From there, click on the button at the bottom of the browser and click 'Submit data about this vessel'.

2. Click 'Start.' And select 'Other.'

3. Describe what the issue is in as much detail as possible. A member of our team will contact you regarding the issue you want to report, and discuss next steps.
