Multi-factor authentication (MFA) can now be configured at a customer level. MFA adds an additional layer of security to the logon & password we have currently, and can reduce or eliminate logins being successfully shared. There are 2 MFA methods available:

(1) One-time Password (Provide a one-time password using Google Authenticator or similar)

(2) Phone Message - Users will receive a SMS with a verification code
