Directly to the Crew Welfare Submission Page
If you are RightShip customer, you can find a link to start the Self-Assessment under your vessel or DOC company overview page as highlighted below:
To begin the Self-Assessment, take the following steps:
Click on Self-Assess Now and you will be directed to the starting screen.
Select the DOC you represent, filing in your basic information to access the Self-Assessment questionnaire.
You can choose one or more DOCs if they have the same crew welfare standards.
You are also encouraged to review the questionnaire and code of conduct beforehand so you can be more prepared for the Assessment
You can always save your progress and come back to it, so you don’t have to worry about losing your submission.
Complete the Self-Assessment:
You will be prompted to verify you email address and you can then access the Self-Assessment tool via a link in the email.
Once you start the questionnaire, you will receive another email with a link to “resume Self-Assessment” so you never lose your progress should you need to take a break in between.
Hit the Save button first if you need to pause your submission.
Finish the Self-Assessment at your own pace and click the submit button once you are done.
