How to contact RightShip for a query/issue on the Platform

  1. Click on Need Help in the right-bottom corner on the RightShip platform.

  2. Click on Log a Ticket.

  3. Select the issue you want to raise a concern for.

    If the issue you want to raise is not mentioned in any of the Category, select option 'Other'.

  4. Select what type of request you want to raise.

    General Enquiry: - Select this option if your query is not specific to an issue/feature.

    Report an Issue: - Select this option if you need to report any issue.

    Feedback/Feature Request: - Select this option if you want to give any feedback (Positive/Negative), or need any new feature or change in existing feature/function.

  5. Enter information in detail about the issue and click OK.
    Note: - Do not forget to mention Vessel name & IMO.

  6. Upload any document or a screenshot to provide a better understanding of an issue. Though it is optional, a supporting document/screenshot would be helpful for a quick resolution.

    Click on Submit.

  7. Once submitted, the ticket will be logged and an email notification will be sent to the ticket requester. RightShip will resolve the request and contact the customer.

Attempts to log a ticket regarding Incidents or PSC Inspections close-outs will direct you to our articles on how to submit Incident/PSC Inspection close-out submissions.

Alternatively, customer can also reach out via [email protected] with detailed description, Vessel name and IMO.
