Incident Proactive Close Out Submissions
Steps to submit Incident closeout information:
Navigate to the relevant Incident in the platform
On the lower part of the Incident Overview, under Quick Actions, click "Start ->"
Complete the form message, add attachments & click "Submit":
The following message will appear

The closeout request will then go into RightShip's work queue for review.
You will only be contacted by RightShip, by email, if more information is required, or if the Incident is closed out.
To view a list of Incidents you have submitted close-outs for, navigate to Tasks, INC & select the My INCs filter
