Incident Proactive Close Out Submissions
Steps to submit Incident closeout information:
- Navigate to the relevant Incident in the platform 
- On the lower part of the Incident Overview, under Quick Actions, click "Start ->" 
- Complete the form message, add attachments & click "Submit": 
- The following message will appear

- The closeout request will then go into RightShip's work queue for review. 
- You will only be contacted by RightShip, by email, if more information is required, or if the Incident is closed out. 
- To view a list of Incidents you have submitted close-outs for, navigate to Tasks, INC & select the My INCs filter 
- If you are emailed for more information click the REPLY button within the email:
