Incident Proactive Close Out Submissions

Steps to submit Incident closeout information:

  • Navigate to the relevant Incident in the platform

  • On the lower part of the Incident Overview, under Quick Actions, click "Start ->"

  • Complete the form message, add attachments & click "Submit":

  • The following message will appear

  • The closeout request will then go into RightShip's work queue for review.

  • You will only be contacted by RightShip, by email, if more information is required, or if the Incident is closed out.

  • To view a list of Incidents you have submitted close-outs for, navigate to Tasks, INC & select the My INCs filter

  • If you are emailed for more information click the REPLY button within the email:
