1: Visit the RightShip website and click "Get Started". Select "Submit your environmental review."
2: You will be taken to https://platform.rightship.com/environmental-review. Select your company role.
2 (a): If you are not the DOC Holder for the vessel, The environmental review is intended for DOC holders. In this instance, you may need to invite your DOC holders so you can "Request an environmental review". Once this is complete, no further action is required.
2 (b): If you are the DOC Holder for the vessel, select the option "DOC Holder."
3: Next, select the type of verification. In this instance, select the "Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII)" tick box and click on “Next.”
4: You need the below documents during the submission process:
Annual Statement of Compliance
Corrective Action Plan (If the CII rating is E or three consecutive D’s, Refer to SEEMP Part III)
5: From the Statement of Compliance, please fill in the form to provide the following information and attach the files mentioned in Step 4 above:
CII Rating year
Attained CII value
CII Rating
Statement of Compliance Issue date
6: Once you fill in the previous page, you’ll be led here, where you can insert extra comments if needed. You can use this option to add a few details, such as:
Would you like to leave feedback or share your opinion on the process?
Do you have questions or concerns that you would like to raise?
7: Once you have successfully submitted the ‘Environmental Review Request’, you will receive an email confirming your submission shortly.
