The Vessel Scope 1 emissions feature enables ports to measure their direct emissions from vessels they operate or their subsidiaries within the port area. From February 21st, this feature will be released to all existing customers at no extra cost. Customers just need to provide the list of IMO numbers to our sustainability team to enjoy this feature.

Q. How do you provide your Scope 1 vessel list?
A. Port customers must pass the list in Excel format to the Sustainability team, which will then be uploaded into the MEP portal for viewing.Q. Can customers provide a new list of Scope 1 vessel IMO numbers for each year of operation?
A. Yes. For each year for which MEP data is present, customers can provide a list of IMO numbers specific to that year. This caters to situations where some vessels may switch to Scope 1 in one year but Scope 3 in another due to its operations being transferred to a supporting service provider while still operating in the same port area.
